01Information we collect

We only collect the information we need to respond to you and carry out ECU work.

• Details you give us through the quote form or by email or phone: your name, email address, phone number, machine make and model, and a description of the fault.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and pages visited, used to keep the site secure and working.
• We do not collect card or banking details through this website.

02How we use your information

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a diagnosis and quote.
• To carry out, manage and follow up on repair, cloning and programming work.
• To contact you about your job, including turnaround and collection.
• To keep the records we need for warranty and for our accounting.

03Why we may process it (POPIA)

We process your information because it is necessary to provide the service you asked for, to meet our legal and tax obligations, and for our legitimate interest in running and improving our workshop. Where the law requires it, we rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

04Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it where it is needed to do the work, for example with a courier to collect or return your unit, or with a trusted sub-contractor for a specialised task. Anyone we share it with is required to protect it.

05How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed for the job, for warranty cover, and to meet legal and tax record-keeping requirements. After that we securely delete or anonymise it.

06How we protect it

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No system is perfectly secure, but we review our practices regularly and treat your data with care.
